According to reports, MeetFuture Technology specializes in the design, R&D, technical services, production, sales, and solutions for automatic material handling systems (AMHS) in semiconductor fabs. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New Little Giant" enterprise.

After nearly 10 years of development, MeetFuture Technology has become a well-known company in the domestic semiconductor AMHS field, achieving a full set of proprietary solutions for transportation, storage, purification equipment, and software. Its AMHS products have passed 19 SEMI and CE certifications, breaking Japan's technical monopoly.

Currently, MeetFuture Technology has successfully completed AMHS system whole-plant orders for two 12-inch fabs and one 8-inch fab, which have been delivered and put into operation. In July this year, the company completed a C-round funding of RMB 100 million. Subsequently, it successfully completed the delivery and commissioning of the AMHS system for the first domestic 12-inch fab, filling the gap in domestic substitution for 12-inch whole-plant AMHS in the semiconductor field.

03 The Promising Prospects of AMHS

Currently, the global AMHS market size accounts for about 3% of the total semiconductor equipment market. With the construction of large-scale fabs, AMHS is widely used, and the market size is experiencing rapid growth. Dr. Li Hongwei, CTO of MeetFuture Technology, also believes that wafer manufacturing is the application scenario with the highest technical and reliability requirements for AMHS systems.
