Recently, MeetFuture Technology, a leading supplier in the semiconductor automatic material handling system (AMHS), announced that the fifth-generation SkySail series OHT intelligent system has successfully achieved mass production and delivery in a 12-inch Fab in Anhui and obtained a repeat purchase order. This marks that the domestic AMHS system has achieved reliability verification in the field of advanced process wafer manufacturing and officially entered the stage of large-scale application.
