MeetFuture Technology's founder and CEO, Miao Feng, recently gave an exclusive interview to The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) in Shanghai, stating that typically, a complete AMHS system for a 12-inch wafer factory accounts for about 3% of the fixed investment of the wafer factory. An ultra-large-scale, high-volume semiconductor factory's AMHS requires an investment of tens of millions to hundreds of millions of US dollars. In the past, this field was mainly monopolized by two giant foreign semiconductor equipment companies.
