From September 25th to 27th, the Beijing Microelectronics International Symposium and IC WORLD Conference were held grandly in Beijing. Miao Feng, Chairman and CEO of MeetFuture Technology, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech titled "Domestic Automatic Material Handling System (AMHS) for Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Plants" on September 27th during the special forum "Opportunities and Challenges for Special Equipment in Integrated Circuits". He shared the key technical challenges and market opportunities for the localization of AMHS in semiconductor wafer fabs, and publicly unveiled the latest successful case of domestic substitution for a whole-plant AMHS in the semiconductor field for the first time.
